The 10,000 Hours movie is inspired by the life-story of former Senator Panfilo Lacson but not totally his film bio. The film’s main character is Gabriel Molino Alcaraz, a gutsy police officer who won a senate seat.

The 44-year-old Robin Padilla can relate to his role in “10,000 Hours” because he was once a fugitive but surrendered to authorities. While Robin was guilty of his crime, Ping Lacson on his part convinced that he was innocent and went into hiding in Europe.

The 10,000 Hours is a fiction film inspired by the life of Ping Lacson, it is produced by some of the youngest generations in the entertainment industry such as Boy2 Quizon and Neil Arce.
