The Philippine men’s basketball team, Sinag Pilipinas captured the gold medal of the 27th Southeast Asian Games in Myanmar after they defeated Malaysia on their last (–foul word(s) removed–)ignment with the final score of 84-56.

The win is just a formality for the Philippine team as they swept the men’s basketball tournament of the Myanmar SEA Games with an unblemished six game victories against the best basketball team in the Southeast Asian region.
National University’s Bobby Ray Parks of finished with 18 points during the Philippines last game, he was well-supported by NCAA’s Kevin Alas who added with 13 points against Malaysia on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at the Zayar Thiri Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.
The Philippines re(–foul word(s) removed–)erted the country’s dominance in men’s basketball as they brought home the 16th Gold medal in the history of the Southeast Asian Games.
