A registered nurse identified as Michaellen Temporada made an impressive performance during the Blind Audition of the The Voice of the Philippines on Sunday, June 23, 2013.
Michaellen wowed all the four coaches of The Voice who turned their red chairs for the registered nurse with his amazing voice. He made a soulful rendition of the Broadway song, “Summertime” from the musical “Porgy and Bess.”
According to Michael one of his reason why he joined the competition is because he wanted to help his mother who needs surgery for her cataract. Coach Sarah G. was the one who first turned her red chair and eventually she was chosen by Michaellen to be his coach for Team Sarah.
