Candidate no. 15 of the Bb. Pilipinas Gold, Pia Wurtzbach was awarded as the First Runner-up in the recently-concluded Bb. Pilipinas beauty pageant held at the Smart-Aranet Coliseum, the home of Bb. Pilipinas.

The coronation night was held on Sunday April 14, 2013, Pia made it to the Top 15 finalists. Pia was more popularly known with her screen name as Pia Romero, a member of ABS-CBN’s Star Circle Batch 11.
Aside from winning the Bb. Pilipinas 2013 First Runner-up, Pia Wurtzbach was also awarded with Special Awards as Bb San Miguel Zero Fit and Sexy Body 2013.
The 23-year-old native of Cagayan de Oro stands at 5 foot and 7.5 inches. Pia is a graduate of Professional Culinary from Center for Asian Culinary Studies.
