Bryant Tadeo made his audition stand out during his performance in front of the celebrity judges Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban. The 23-year-old contestant from Hilo, Hawaii will be trying for the second time in American Idol.

The Filipino-American who was one of the favorites in this year’s American Idol and consistently included in the Top 40 Spoiler’s list was eliminated during the American Idol Season 11.
Tadeo (pronounced TAH-day-oh)was eliminated after the solo round in the Hollywood Week last year wherein he was pretty devastated afterwards but according to him he picked himself up and entered numerous competitions in Hilo, before he was relocated to Las Vegas.

Bryant Tadeo wanted a fresh start and be closer to opportunities to find work as a singer and the American Idol was just a perfect timing for him. Tadeo sung the song, “Up to the Mountain,” originally sung by Patty Griffin at the Long Beach audition.
The son of Celso and Maria Tadeo graduated on 2007 at the Waiakea High School, he admitted that he’s not gone through any vocal training. He has an older sister named Chrystal and younger brother Nicholas.
