The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 16,908 out of 49,066 p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last December 2012.
The December 2012 Nursing Licensure Examination Results were released through the official website of the PRC on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 with a total of thirty (30) working days since the last day of examination.
The Nursing Licensure Examination was conducted last December 16-17, 2012 in various testing centers nationwide particularly: Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, La Union, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

The PRC and the Board of Nursing composed of Chairman Carmenciat M. Abaquin and members Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merrit, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto. Tomas, Yolanda C. Arugay and Amelia B. Rosales led the Nursing Board Exam for December 2012.
During the first day of examination last December 16 subjects tackled were Nursing Practice I – Basic Foundation of Nursing and Professional Nursing Practice; Nursing Practice II – Community Health Nursing and Care of the Mother and Child; and Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part A).
On the second day of exam subjects answered were Nursing Practice IV – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part B); and Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part C).
