The search for Sinulog Festival Queen 2013 was awarded to the 18-year-old student from the University of San Jose Recoletos, Jami Herrel. The Sinulog Festival Queen is part of the 2013 Sinulog Festival celebrations.
Jamie Herrel represented Tribu Himug-Ulaw of Placer, Masbate. She was also named as the best solo performer and wowed the judges with her performance.
The Sinulog Festival Queen is not a beauty pageant but simply a search for the Lead Dancer who possesses the most exceptional qualities, both in physical beauty and dancing skills. The pageant of the Sinulog is the Miss Cebu 2013 won by Namrata Murjani.
Jamie Heller also got the Best in Opening Production Number special award and Best in Group Performance, besting nine other candidates from different areas in the country.
Other special awards that she got include Miss Lecit-E, Miss Uratex; Miss PLDT; Miss Smart; SM Festival Queen; and Best in Runway.
