The Senate of the Republic of the Philippines have already voted on the Reproductive Health Bill on 2nd and 13rd reading on Monday. The Senate approved it with 13 affirmative votes compared to the 8 negative votes.

The Lower House version of the bill was also approved with 133-70 votes with 7 abstentions, on the final reading. The bicameral conference committee will get both versions of the bill for consolidation before the President signs it into law.

How the Senators have voted on RH Bill: Senators Serge Osmena III and Lito  Lapid were  absent during the voting.

    Nakakatuwa na madaming nag YES sa RH BIll and this means na mas maraming bukas ang isipin na Pilipino. Nabilib ako sa Lady Senators natin (Cayetano, Loren and Miriam) dahil nag step up sila and dinefend nila yung mga kababaihan tulad ko. Thank you very much sa kanila and congratulations

    after many months of debate, this law has been finally p(removed)ed. i strongly believe that this law is a crucial part of our future. Just imagine the benefits that we could get from it and if properly implemented, we’ll all see a big improvement in our country.

    COngratulations sa mga PRO RH BILL!! Makakatulong ito dahil sa ngayon Poverty pa din ang problem natin and one factor kasi is our population. Sa dami natin, nahihirapan ang govt natin na supportahan lahat tayo. Kug macocontrol natin ito then magiging mas effective ang lahat at mas malaking chance na umunlad tayo.
