FEU Tams and ADMU Blue Eagles clashes for UAAP Game 2 today

FEU vs ADMU Game 2 UAAP Season 74All set for the awaited Game 2 of the UAAP’s season 74 men’s basketball finals which would be held in Araneta Coliseum today, October 1.

Today’s face off between Ateneo De Manila University – Blue Eagles and Far Eastern University’s-Tamaraws is expected to be a tough game as both teams would not surely play lax.

Both teams were pressured to give the best shots for the glory of their respective universities.

Ateneo Blue Eagles as they play for the Game 2 had already accumulated an advantage, as the current standing 1-0 for the Best-of-Three game, a lead against FEU Tamaraws which suffered a nightmarsh during the second half of Game 1.

To recall, during the Game 1, it was the Tamaraws who had been dominating the entire First Half, however, when the 3rd Quarter had started, the momentum was gone and the Blue Eagles had reversed the situation, ending the game with scores 82-64, favoring to Ateneo.

This afternoon’s Game 2 would answer all the questions left after the schedule of the play was postponed last September 27 due to the occurrence of typhoon ‘Pedring’.

Coming from reports, sports analyst had expressed their views and forecast of what they think might happen for the Game 2.

Sports analyst and columnist Mike Abasolo expressed that for the Game 2, the pressure for Ateneo came out due to the fact that they have to end this finals in the Game 2.

For the part of FEU, Abasalon mentioned that in order to win the Game 2 and to allow for Game 3 to happen, what they have to do is to remove the negative vibes brought by the second half of Game 1 last time as they would try to play it hard for this Game 2.

Furthermore, it was said that FEU must recover not just physically but mentally as well to play with their best.

But before the answers would be revealed, one thing is for sure, Rookie Ray Parks would be receiving the Most Valuable Player for this season as he played for National University and he would also be joining for this season’s Mythical Five along with Ateneo players namely Greg Slaughter and Kiefer Revena, Adamson’s Alex Nuyles and FEU’s Aldrech Ramos.

Ravena is also the recipient of the Rookie of the Year for this season.

Indeed, there are a lot of things that might happen within the 40 minutes play time in Basketball. For UAAP Finals Game 2, supporters and fans for both teams must expect the unexpected. Could it be the end for FEU’s attempt to get the championship? Will Ateneo end it up successful?
