LOS ANGELES, Calif. – – Congressman Manny Pacquiao, world boxing Hall of Famer, while preparing for a fight in the Philippines his house in the united states was robbed. Four persons were arrested by Los Angeles authorities; the detectives discovered the incident by chance when they p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed by Hancock Park community of Los Angeles. Capt. Mike Parker said no one was in the house during the break-in and nothing was taken.

Manny Pacquaio was informed about the incident already, he was worried,  but needs to stay in Baguio City to prepare for his bout against Juan Manuel Marquez of Mexico on November 12 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Franklin Gacal, Manny’s chief of staff, said the robbers had a chance to break-in when a security guard went out for a while and get something to eat. And the champ felt at ease knowing that everything in his house is intact.

Capt. Mike Parker and his team do patrol in the area every day, but it was not his team who discovered the incident. L.A. detectives went to the neighborhood to investigate a separate criminal investigation when they caught the robbers in the act and arrested them Friday. The arrested robbers have yet to be charged and names would probably hit the press in a few days.

Manny Pacquiao has been consistent in his last 14 fights, mostly won via knock—out and unanimous decision, he is now considered as one of the greatest boxers of all time and the current pound for pound king. Not just he is a law maker; he is also an actor and a singer and hosts a regular game show at TV 5.
