John Arcilla is happy with the election result

Award-winning actor John Arcilla congratulated Generation Z after the 2025 elections through his social media post.

John is very vocal about his political views and opinions. He is not afraid to criticize a politician through his social media page. The actor would receive support from his fans and followers regarding his posts with social relevance.

On election day, May 12, the actor shared photos showing proof that Filipinos voted wrong leaders in the past. He showed a photo of a dilapidated school table.

John Arcilla stressed that this goes to show that elected officials in the past, especially in the education sector, were not doing anything to address this kind of issue in schools.

After the 2025 elections, the seasoned actor shared his thoughts regarding the results. He congratulated Generation Z or the younger voters through his post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Congratulations GenZs at sa mga Kabataang Botante! Nakakasaya ng gising, NAKAKABUHAY ng TIWALA muli sa Pilipino. Nakakatanggal Trauma. Hindi man 100% A win is a WIN,” John said.

Apparently, he is happy that two of his senatorial candidates entered the Magic 12, Bam Aquino and Kiko Pangilinan.

The award-winning actor also continued his call to Filipinos to be smarter in choosing public servants. He said that even though a significant change is not that visible he is sure that something has happened.

John stressed that this is a good start and others would also be aware. “Galingan pa natin next time at gawing 100% na MATINO ang TRACK RECORD, HINDI CORRUPT at HINDI MIYEMBRO ng DYNASTY,” the actor said.

He also thanked everyone who voted and encouraged the people to do much better next time to witness a complete change in the country.
