The Miami Heat had steal one game from the Mavericks home court after Chris Bosh scored a jumper with 39.6 seconds in the fourth quarter giving them a 2 point lead at 88-86 and ensure that the finals will return to Miami’s home court. The Mavericks tries to equalize the game that Dirk Nowitzki failed to score giving the Miami Heat a 2-1 advantage in the NBA Finals.

According to statistics in NBA history, almost all teams that won the Game 3 after a 1-1 standing had end up winning the championship ring. For the past few seasons the momentum shift and home court advantage plays an important role in the NBA Finals.

Coach Erik Spoelstra, the Filipino-American first ever Asian coach of the NBA had done a tremendous job in organizing his team and to avenged their home court lost during the Game 2 of the NBA Finals. His motivation had made the team determined to win the championship. After losing in Game 2, coach Spo had been the target of criticism in the way he mentored the Miami Heat.

NBA MVP Dwayne Wade had also done his (–foul word(s) removed–)ignment as a leader of the team to encouraged them to make the best of their ability play as a team. He had the experienced and leadership on the court that was badly needed by the team. There were times that they don’t agree with each others especially the Big Three of Miami but it was all for the benefit of the team.

During the game the Miami had lead for the start of the game until the crunch time in the fourth quarter at around 2:27 left when Dirk Nowitzki had scored with a slam dunk to tied the game at 84 all. Then the ball was on the Miami side when Chris Bosh answered the Mavericks with a sideline jumper putting the Miami Heat with a 2 point lead with 39.6 seconds left.

Dallas had their chance of equalizing for an overtime or winning if they will shot it from the three-point range. Dirk Nowitzki tried his best at around 4.4 seconds left but he missed one of the important jump shot of his career and the ball was on air when the final buzzer sound. Miami Heat had won against Dallas Mavericks with 86-84 final score.

Miami Heat was lead by Dwayne Wade with 29 points and 11 rebounds, while Dirk Nowitzki spearheaded the attacked of Dallas with 34 points and 11 rebounds.
