Mocha Uson posted a photo of protesters rallying over anti-Marcos burial but some protesters lift their placards criticizing President Duterte and Mocha.

On Wednesday (November 30, 2016), protesters went to the people power monuments to conduct a rally opposing the burial of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.

Different human rights groups and martial law victims have joined the rally to show their opposition on Marcos ‘surprise’ hero’s burial last November 18, 2016. The protesters oppose the dictator’s burial for the alleged human right violation and accused hidden wealth of the Marcos family.

Earlier, several protests have been conducted by groups opposing the burial but President Rodrigo Duterte has allowed the burial, therefore, Marcos family immediately conducted the burial for the former president.

During the Bonifacio Day rally, there are several groups of protesters which lifting placards with written words misleading the protest against Marcos hero’s burial. The placards criticizing Mocha Uson with the words written “Kapal ng Mocha mo!” and “Wag Mocha Tanga.”

There are also some protesters who slammed Duterte through their placards saying “Oust Duterte.” While the anti-Marcos are busy opposing his burial at the Libingan, these groups were too busy in expressing the opposition to the current administration.

Mocha’s posts receive sympathy from netizens and defend her from her critics. Mocha said that the rally failed due to the disunity of the protesters by having another focus over their main purpose for the rally. Netizens also blame the yellow tards for these happenings.
