Letter Of Intent Sample

Here’s a letter of intent sample and a guide on how to write this.

LETTER OF INTENT SAMPLE – For business negotiations and among other purposes it served best, a letter of intent is needed and here’s a guide.

Also referred to as a letter of interest, a letter of intent is made of one party relative to another. This type of letter can be of use when doing business negotiations, to purchase a product, or to accept a formal offer.

The details of the letter must be simplified, clear, and direct to the point. It should include the involved parties, transaction, terms, conditions, and the intent itself. And most of the time, this letter is used in transactions involving a purchase.

Block 1, XYZ Street, Quezon City

To whom it may concern:

Following the discussion we had last November 22, 2019, we are to inform you that we will purchase your offered units. They are faring extremely well in the market and it would serve as a great advantage to our company. The units must be sealed, registered, and tested before we buy them.

We would like to purchase an initial amount of 50 units of Jet Ski. We can clear half of the quoted purchase amount as an advance, whereas the rest will be transacted after you completely deliver all the units we purchased.

We will contact you for further long-term business deal about the purchase of your units. Please deliver them promptly.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
