One of the Kapamilya celebrities that hooked the spotlight is actress Yassi Pressman. Undeniably, she is most famous for her role in the ABS-CBN action-drama television series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
Yassi Pressman’s Personal Background
Born as Yasmin Isabel Yasto-Pressman in real life on May 11, 1995, Yassi is Filipino-British. She was born in British Hong Kong to a British father and a Filipina mother who hailed from Isabela. She has four (4) sisters – Abby, Cara, Siobhan, and the one who is also known in the industry, Issa.
Yassi’s Showbiz Career
The actress was part of Gulong ng Palad in 2006. In 2009, she inked a contract with Viva Artists Agency and Viva Entertainment. She became a regular dancer of GMA-7’s SOP and it was followed by her stint in Party Pilipinas where she was tagged as the “Princess of the Dance Floor”.
Yassi did several other projects as a Kapuso before she transferred to ABS-CBN in 2016. She was one of the housemates of the Pinoy Big Brother Lucky-7 and she also became a regular performer in ASAP. Her biggest break is her role in the Kapamilya action-drama TV series FPJ‘s Ang Probinsyano.
