Piolo Pascual has a crush on Liza Soberano.
Kapamilya actor Piolo Pascual, dubbed as the country’s “Ultimate Hearthrob,” admitted that he has a crush on his fellow Kapamilya star Liza Soberano during his guest appearance at the late night entertainment show “Gandang Gabi Vice.”
In the episode aired on Sunday night, the “Love Me Tomorrow” actor clarified that he just like the face of the 18-year-old actress, saying that she is beautiful.
The host Vice Ganda then revealed that Soberano is listening to their conversation via phone.
When Soberano was asked about her reaction, she was at loss of words and simply said, “Hindi ko po ma-explain.”
According to the 39-year-old actor, it has been his dream to be paired with the actress. However, he admitted that his son Inigo Pascual doesn’t agree with it since he is older than the actress.
“Actually nga, binibigyan ako ng isang soap. Sabi panganay ko daw na anak si Julia Barretto. Sabi ko, gusto ko nga maka-partner pa si Liza tapos ibibigay niyo sa akin si Julia. Kapag sinasabi ko si Liza, nagagalit sa akin ‘yung anak ko. Mas matanda pa ‘yung anak ko sa kanya,” he said.
Meanwhile, Piolo Pascual is currently promoting his newest movie “Love Me Tomorrow” which also stars Dawn Zulueta and Coleen Garcia. Directed by Gino M. Santos, the film was officially released in May 26.
According to the film producer Star Cinema, the movie has earned 31 million on its opening day.
