To whom it may concern:

I apologize for drinking too much and eventually ruining the company holiday party last week, December 18, 2018. I have neglected some rules and regulations and caused a scene because I drank way too much than I should. Please accept my deepest apologies for my mistake.

It was not my intention to create a commotion and ruin such a happy event. I am regretful that it has to happen due to my negligence and being irresponsibe. And if there is any good that came out of this unfortunate experience, it is that I have learned not to drink too much ever again to the point that even I couldn’t handle myself. I have also changed my perspective and realized alternative approaches to these situations.

Please feel free to let me know of your thoughts and concerns over this matter. You can reach me at 0915-675-6789.

Sincerely,
