Sharp-Eyed Netizen Shares Video of ‘Batang Quiapo’ Cast Who Appeared in 2 Simultaneous Scenes
A sharp-eyed netizen makes rounds online after she noticed a cast of ‘Batang Quiapo’ who suddenly appeared in two scenes.
Phao Pineda, in a Facebook post, brought to light a noteworthy observation from a scene in “Batang Quiapo” where Gary Estrada was on the lookout for his adopted son “Tanggol” played by Coco Martin.
She specifically saw one of the cast members, wearing a blue shirt, playing billiards in the background. As Gary exited the billiard hall, the same cast member was seen scampering away from him.
Yet, in the following scene, the same cast member, still wearing the same blue shirt, was seen drinking.
Given this strange turn of events, some netizens speculated that the show’s budget was relatively limited, requiring some of the actors to play two roles at the same time.
It’s no surprise, then, that the video has received 2.6 million views and thousands of reactions as of this writing.
