Teacher Goes Viral Over Captain Hook Costume While Teaching Class
CAPTAIN HOOK – A male teacher goes viral online for wearing a ‘Captain Hook’ costume during English class.
A Facebook user named Michael Ayore Royo has shared photos of himself wearing a costume while teaching lessons to his students. The post immediately goes viral after it was posted online.
Teacher Michael Ayore Royo of Pagbilao National High School wears a ‘Captain Hook’ costume while teaching his students. His costume brings fun and excitement throughout the entire class.
“‘Yung activity ko po, since galing tayo sa pandemic and the activity is designed also to motivate and encourage participation among our students,” Royo said.
Khel wears the costume to motivate and encourage participation among his students after the pandemic. Royo used the ‘Captain Hook’ costume he usually wears during parties.
“It’s also one way to promote the quality of teaching…that we can give to our students,” the latter added.
DepEd Quezon OIC Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Elias Alicaya Jr. said that such a gimmick can bring fun and might increase the learning chances of students.
“Ito po ay magandang senyales at magandang hudyat na healthy ang discussion sa loob ng silid-aralan at alam po ba ninyo na mas natututo ang mga bata kapag masaya sila sa loob ng classroom,” Alicaya said.
