ERWAN HEUSSAFF – Social media darling Dahlia Amelie has these striking words to her father Erwan Heussaff that touched lots of hearts.
2-year-old Dahlia Amelie is the first child of Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis and social media influencer Erwan Heussaff. In terms of their parenting, they are open to certain styles. Even though she was born in Australia, they made sure that the Philippines will still be her home.
They want her, as parents, for Dahlia to grow up naturally knowing the Pinoy culture. They also raised her to be multilingual. She speaks Pinoy, Aussie, and French. But no matter what style they are doing, they are sure that the core of them all is love. It’s more like their own unique and personal way.
And just recently, while their family is enjoying the holidays abroad, Erwan shared a heartwarming conversation he just had with his daughter.
In an Instagram post where he shared a brief perspective of their Christmas vacation through a video, he shared this story in the caption:
I asked Dahlia the other day if she was happy and she said ‘yes, because you’re not working’.
In the latter part of the post, he noted “Be present”, a short way of telling his followers that what matters most is their presence. Indeed, one valuable thing one can do in someone’s life is just to be there – for one’s presence to be felt. Simple as it may sound but this fast-paced life is sometimes making us forget how it is to be present because of work or busy schedules.
