Veteran actress and showbiz personality, Karla Estrada showcased her singing skills in the top-rating and top-trending show in the country, The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. During the blind audition episode aired on Saturday, November 8, 2014, the mother of Daniel Padilla tried to convince the judges of the show but she failed to make a cut.

The 39-year-old singer actress who hails from Quezon City sang the song popularized by 4 Non Blondes titled “What’s Up” but she was not able to convince the four judges in the competition, no one turned for her although the live audience were supporting her performance.
During the performance of Karla Estrada, one of the judges, Coach Sarah Geronimo was seen singing along with the actress but she never push the red button and chose Karla as part of her team.
Right after the singer and actress failed to impress the judges, Karla Estrada noted that although she failed in the blind auditions, she stated that no matter what, it’s just for experience and she’s happy.
The Season 2 of the country’s most popular singing competition, The Voice of the Philippines is hosted by Toni Gonzaga and Luis Manzano, alongside Alex Gonzaga and Robi Domingo as V Reporters.
