“Maybe This Time” starring the country’s finest stars Coco Martin and Sarah Geronimo earned a whooping P20 million on its first day of nationwide screening on Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
Mico Del Rosario, Star Cinema’s advertising and promotions manager announced via his Instagram account on Wednesday night the total earnings of the romantic-comedy movie which also features former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez.
“Php 20 MILLION Congrats Team #MaybeThisTime to God be the Glory!” Mico del Rosario said.
Coco Martin on the other hand took to his personal Instagram account to expressed his gratitude to everyone who lined up to see his first movie tandem with the Pop Star Princess.
“Maraming, maraming salamat po sa inyong Lahat na nanood na ngayong araw na ito at manonood pa po mamaya hanggang sa nga susunod na araw pa po,” the ABS-CBN Teleserye King said.

During the star-studded premiere night of the movie, Sarah Geronimo said that she is hoping that moviegoers would appreciate her first movie team-up with Coco Martin.
Maybe This Time introduces the love story of Tonio (Coco Martin) and Steph (Sarah Geronimo) who departed their ways without leaving any reason. Years later, Steph will then met Tonio who is now in a relationship with her boss Monica (Ruffa Gutierrez).
Maybe This Time also stars with Dennis Padilla, Ogie Diaz, Devon Seron, Kathleen Hermosa, Minnie Aguilar, Buboy Garovillo, Tony Mabesa, Sharmaine Buencamino, Marlann Flores, Zeppi Borromeo, Alex Castro, Garlic Garcia and Cecil Paz.
Maybe This Time written by Anton Santamaria and Melai Monge is directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng under the co-production of Viva Films and Star Cinema.
