Home Owner Air Dismay to Housing Developer Over Soda Bottle Inside Wall
A disappointed home owner air dismay and slammed a housing developer after she discover a bottle of soda inside her concrete wall.
After the house she purchased was found to be substandard, a homeowner named Lem Quiosa Reyes slammed the housing developer, Lumina Homes, on Facebook. According to her, she chose to purchase a home from the aforementioned housing developer because they were a “top 1” developer.
She purchased the two-story “Armina Single Firewall” house on June 17 and moved in after three years of renovation. Reyes, who had already moved in, began cleaning their home as they prepared to move in when a small piece of concrete wall fell as she was sweeping.
She discovered an empty coke bottle trapped inside the concrete wall there. As a result, she looks for the housing development engineer, but neither of them faces her.

According to her post, she complained to the management about the substandard construction many times. The management, on the other hand, sent an electrician to make the repairs, but the electrician blamed the contractor as well.
Reyes was dissatisfied and demanded a full refund from management, including the legal rate and damage fee, but they declined because she was not qualified for any interest, they said. Her complaint was also accepted three months later, according to her.
Reyes even inquired about the matter with their next-door neighbor. Their neighbor then disclosed that when they drilled their wall, they discovered some cartons, which she realized that the construction was most likely mixed with these types of materials.
