Here’s a Certification Letter Sample for a visa to serve as a guide when writing.
CERTIFICATION LETTER SAMPLE – Here are some guides and tips in writing a Certification Letter for certain demands such as for Visa.
In certain cases, applying for Visa to other countries, a certification letter from your employer is important and needed. It is called a No Objection Certificate which will indicate endorsement from your company certifying certain essential details about you. A sample letter is below.
It will serve as your proof that you can support yourself and fund your stay in that country to convince the embassy and allow you and will serve as your employment verification. The letter must have the following:
- signature/stamp of the employer
- the company letterhead
- must indicate employee’s name and position
- the employee’s duties
- salary of the employee
And if it is a work assignment, you must have to note the nature of the business, the company’s willingness to cover the trip and travel expenses, and although not mandatory, you can write down the company you are going to visit.
