The Facebook page “ABS-CBN News” has shared the heartbreaking photos of residents queuing in Linao East, Tuguegarao City for relief goods. The photos earns different reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the massive amount of residents are queuing to receive relief goods as the floodwaters in the area gradually subsides. The residents also failed to follow the quarantine guidelines.
The flood victims defied the health protocols by not wearing their face masks properly and not observing physical distancing measures amid the coronavirus pandemic. The residents badly needs help after the flooding incident.
Last week, Cagayan experienced a massive flooding, which destroyed numerous houses and properties. The flood also left some residents stuck on their rooftops.
