MANNY PACQUIAO MANSION – Here’s a look inside the Forbes Park mansion of Manny Pacquiao which is worth Php 1.5 billion in the market.

In a previous report, the 3-story resort-like mansion of Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao located at Forbes Park in Makati City was put on sale with a whopping price tag of Php 1.5 billion. Forbes Park as per Presello is known for its multimillion properties.

People have surely known Pacquiao to earn a hefty amount from his boxing career which paved way for him to establish a career in field of politics and show business. He earned more through his endorsement deals and entertainment ventures which he invested in real estate. According to his 2016 statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth (SALN), he has a total net worth of Php 3.072 billion.

According to his SALN, he owns over 100 real-estate properties worth Php 1.569 billion which comprises the 46% of his total net worth. One of it is his Forbes Park mansion which he bought at Php 388 million. Accordingly, this particular mansion is his peace offering to his wife after facing challenges.

The mansion sits on a 2,000-square-meter lot where 1,525 square meters is the floor area. It features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and four-car garage. The general look of the house is composed of wood, glass, and stone such as travertine, granite cladding, and onyx counters.

The mansion when they first moved in has a massive wooden double doors in front and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. It was previously owned by banker Lorenzo Tan. They had it renovated and while on the process of renovation, they rented a house and rumors has it they were renting the property for Php 1 million a month.
