A sad migrant worker in Dubai draws a heart on the pavement as he misses his family so much and wishes to be with them.
An Indian man named Ramesh Gangarajam Gandi is missing his family so much as he work as a cleaner in Dubai. The housekeeping attendant from Telangana, India had no choice but to work abroad to provide the financial necessities of his family.
Ramesh was spotted forming a heart from the leaves and twigs he was cleaning. He is missing his wife and family after working abroad for almost a year. The man is probably homesick and bad wants to see his loved ones.
The migrant worker married his wife named Latha last September 2019 but he flew to the United Arab Emirates to work at Emrill, a facilities management company a month after their wedding.
“On the day the photograph was taken, I was just thinking about everyone back home. It is hard to be away from my family, especially because of the pandemic. I think a lot of people are just like me – they are away from the people they love and might be worried because of COVID-19. I think that’s normal. We all want to spend time with our families, and because of travel restrictions, that has been impossible,” Ramesh said.
A certain netizen spotted him making the heart-shaped trashes and take a photo of him. The photo has been uploaded online and spread like a wildfire on social media.
The sad man said that his wife is very happy knowing that a lot of people are interested in their love story.
