However, there are some Twitter users stating that the topic goes viral after Ligo Vice President Mikko Lawrence Tung announced that the company will directly donate to the hospitals and NGOs leading the fight against the coronavirus disease 2019.
Tung also said on his post that Filipinos should learn from their mistakes and urged his friends from the private sector to make their donations directly. The company executive said it will do more that trusting the government.
