Washable Face Masks Sewn By Residents Of Barangay In Quezon City
WASHABLE FACE MASKS – Residents from Barangay San Isidro Galas in Quezon City collaborated to sew washable face masks.
This is their way of aiding their fellow kin in our battle against the Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19).
According to GMA News, the project was spearheaded by John Maravilla Reyno, Barangay San Isidro Galas captain.
The making of face masks are currently ongoing but they are expected to make about 300 pieces.
Netizen Nino Christopher Fernandez said that the residents will distribute the washable face masks house to house with free alcohol. This is in order to prevent overcrowding.
He added that their top riority are households with senior citizens or elderly.

As per the report, President Rodrigo Duterte recently said that there will be an enhanced community quarantine in the entire Luzon, which will take effect this Tuesday.
The enhanced quarantine includes strict home quarantine in all households, and suspension of transportation, among others.
