Gretchen Barretto shared that she’s an adopted daughter of this Visayan city
Socialite Gretchen Barretto shared in her recent Instagram video that she is an adopted daughter of this particular city in the Visayas region.
It is quite normal for La Greta to travel to different places in the Philippines as well as in other countries around the globe. She even shares some of her travel adventures on her Instagram account. The former actress has a regular trip to San Francisco where her only daughter Dominique Cojuangco is living right now.
At times, she would share photos and videos with travel to different Asian countries with her friends. Gretchen would also sometimes share her visits to luxurious hotels and restaurants with her longtime partner business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco.
In the recent Instagram post of the former actress, she shared that she visited a city in the Visayas, particularly in Negros Occidental. In the video, she was with Bacolod City Mayor Bing Leonardia. The caption of her post was, “I am an adopted daughter of Bacolod city (heart emoji) with mayor Bing Leonardia.”
Gretchen Barretto introduced to her social media followers the Mayor of Bacolod City and the video already reached more than 180 thousand views.
Last December 2019, La Greta also shared several videos with her friends in Bacolod. “A few good hours in Bacolod but loads of good fun & food. Thank you Bacolod,” she said in her post.
This goes to show that the socialite has visited Bacolod several times already and she enjoys the city and its people. Last year in the month of September, she even hinted that they got high with sugar in Bacolod because of the famous Calea cakes. Gretchen also brought home “pasalubong” from Bong-Bong’s.
