Joross Gamboa shared what happened to the on-set mishap that he experienced
Kapamilya actor Joross Gamboa shared what happened during an on-set mishap as he said, “may ambulansya sa set namin.”
The issue about the presence of ambulance or medical personnel during TV and movie shooting has become more relevant after them unfortunate event that happened to veteran actor Eddie Garcia.
Tito Eddie eventually died because of what happened and everyone in the entertainment industry are mourning for losing a legend like him.
However, Joross stressed out that while he was shooting for an action movie in Bacolod City, he immediately got medical attention.
“May ambulansya sa set namin. Hindi inabot ng 30 minutes ang pag-attend nila sa akin,” the Kapamilya actor shared during an interview with PEP.
Joross threw up while shooting. He also clarified that he did not trip on a cable wire because all the wire on the set were not visible.
“Masaya namang mag-aksyon, pero syempre, kapag aksyon… maaksyon din talaga ang nangyayari,” he said.
The actor also said that action scenes are really strength-consuming that is why there are times ambulance is needed.
“Maraming ganoon. Kasi, yung mga set namin, may mga usok.Siyempre, kapag takbuhan, barilan, suntukan… yun ang malalanghap mo, yung usok. Saka wala akong tulog,” Joross Gamboa added.
When asked why he lacked sleep, he said that he was monitoring the condition of his son who accidentally bumped his head on a table while playing.
Joross admitted that it was his fault why he threw up but he said that he is thankful that medical personnel were there to attend to him, based on the report.
That is why he stressed out that in doing action scenes, the actor should prepare physically.
