Here is her post:
“My father is still alive. It’s alarming to get so many messages asking me if my dad just passed away. He is actually eating right now. I know who started this vicious fake news. Do you want me to name you? Please have a heart and stop! Have a heart and leave us alone! If you think this is a joke, it’s a bad joke. You are a heartless human being to think that it even constitutes as being humorous or entertaining! And if you wish that upon anyone, then shame on you. I understood your caption but it’s totally malicious and meant to mislead people. For you to be able to even think, say, write and post this is just unbelievably mean!”
Katrina also used the hashtags “JPE”, “stop bullying”, and “fake news”.
In line with this, several netizens also lambasted the malicious meme. Here are some of the comments from netizens.
