Bren Cruz & Celaica Vibar of UST Tops October 2012 CPA Board

The Professionals Regulations Commission of the Republic of the Philippines have already released the official lists of Certified Public Accountants for the October 2012 Board Exam. Two University of Sto. Tomas graduates dominated the topnotcher’s list of p(–foul word(s) removed–)ers namely Bren Cruz and Celaica Vibar.

The University of Sto. Tomas, the oldest Catholic University in the Philippines showed their dominance in the field of accountancy after 5 of the Top 10 highest percentage of scores came from the UST.

The number 1 spot in the top 10 lists were dominated by UST with Ben Cruz and Celaica Vibar got a total of 94.14%.

PRC announced that 4,772 out of 9,987 p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.

The University of Sto. Tomas was followed by the University of the Philippines Diliman who have made it to list of topnotchers with Trishia Julieanne Cruz Simeon who got the no. 2 ranks with a total of 93.71%.

The third-place over-all topnotchers came from the University of the Philippines-Visayas in Ilo-ilo City, Gerard Cordero with a total of 93.57%.
