Bar Exam 2018 Oathtaking of Passers To Be Held on June 13, 2019
BAR EXAM 2018 OATHTAKING – The Supreme Court (SC) announced that June 13, 2019 is the oathtaking schedule for the passers of the recent licensure examination for lawyers.
Undeniably, one of the licensure exams known to be a very challenging one is the board exam for lawyers. It is more commonly called as “Bar Exam”. It is not given on a single schedule.
Usually, the bar exam is given during the four(4) Sundays of November. The latest bar exam administered was in November 2018 and its results was released on Friday, May 3, 2019.
Out of 8,155 takers of the Bar Exam 2018, a total of 1,800 examinees successfully passed the licensure exam for lawyers. The passing rate is at 22.07%.

Recently, the Supreme Court announced the Bar Exam 2018 Oathtaking Schedule for the passers. Based on a recent report on Inquirer, the SC set the oathtaking on June 13, 2019.
Reportedly, the venue of the oathtaking ceremony is the Philippine International Convention Center or PICC. The passers of the latest bar exam should secure a clearance which can be obtained from the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) on June 10 or prior to it.
Furthermore, the passers of the exam should prepare Php 6,050.00. The amount includes the oath fees (Php 3,850.00) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (BIP) dues (Php 2,200.00).
According to the report, in going to the Bar Exam 2018 Oathtaking Ceremony, the passers should bring three(2) valid identification cards. One of the IDs will be for security while the other two(2) would be presented to the OBC.
Reportedly, the start of the signing in the Roll of Attorneys is on June 14, 2019.
