“Ang Totoong Narcolist” Videos Uploader Arrested by NBI

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested the uploader of the controversial “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos for cyber libel.

On Thursday (May 2, 2019), a justice department official said that the man uploading the controversial videos “Ang Totoong Narcolist” linking President Rodrigo Duterte’s family members to illegal drugs has been arrested.

The controversial videos were accusing former Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, Atty. Manases Carpio, and former SAP Christopher Go of receiving drug money from a drug syndicate.

The anonymous man A.K.A “Bikoy” made the accusations against the Duterte family showing alleged pieces of evidences on the videos.

Bikoy was claiming that Paolo Duterte and Bong Go have dragon tattoos on their backs with alpha-numeric code but was disprove after Go showed his tattoo-free back.

Atty. Charito Zamora, officer-in-charge of the justice department’s Office of Cybercrime confirmed that the uploader of the videos has been arrested for cyber libel.

The guy that was arrested by the NBI was the one who uploaded the ‘Bikoy videos’ for cyber libel, not Bikoy himself,Zamora said.

However, the authorities were not yet giving further details regarding the suspect.
