The Philippines’ total points were recorded at 167 and maintained their previous rank only behind powerhouse Thailand and Vietnam but led in standing compared to Southeast Asian teams of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The Philippine Team maintained is currently at the number 22 spot in the whole Asian Federation which is currently dominated by Japan followed by Australia and South Korea.
The world’s number 1 rank team was maintained by Spain followed by Germany, England, Portugal and Uruguay as the top 5 teams in the world.
Meanwhile the current opponent of the Philippine Azkals, the Cambodian National Football Team have climbed on their current rankings from the previous 190th spot they now occupied the 188th ranked team in the world.
The Philippine Azkals will be going up against Cambodia for the FIFA International Friendly match a few minutes from now.
