The rare photos of Philippine air force and military during the Marcos Regime are now circulating online after it was posted on social media.
The Facebook page “Atty Larry Gadon” has shared the photos of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Air Force during the leadership of the late President Ferdinand Marcos.
Gadon shared the pictures of powerful air crafts and high-powered equipment of the Philippines under Marcos administration.
The country has squadrons fighter planes such as F86 Sabre Interceptor Jets, F5 Freedom Fighter, F8 air superiority fighter plane, T-28 trainer Jet and other fighter planes.
The Blue Diamond Aerobatic Team is very popular for showing world-class skills of Filipino airforce pilots every Independence Day celebrations.
The social media page narrated that the Armed Forces of the Philippines were abandoned after late Dictator Marcos has been ousted.
The Fort Bonifacio has been sold and now known as the Bonifacio Global City but the funds were not used to purchase modern weapons and fighter planes.
