Actress Kris Aquino fires back regarding cases filed and controversy against her former business partner.
KRIS AQUINO FIRES BACK – The media mogul Kris Aquino fires back and expressed a message to Nicko Falcis, her former business partner.
The monetary controversy is currently among the hottest target of the issue between Kris Aquino and her former business partner Nicko Falcis. Falcis allegedly stole more than a million worth of amount from KCAP company.
She filed 44 counts of theft and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act or Republic Act 8484 against him and exposed alleged pieces of evidence such as the credit card transactions which showed that Falcis spent over ₱1.27 million worth of personal expenses from the KCAP card – the card is supposed to be only for business purposes.
With this, Kris Aquino fired back after all the accusations thrown back at her and expressed a message for Falcis. Read below:
This could have been fixed. And I will reiterate that – six times nag-attempt ang side namin. Kung patuloy naman na tinatanggihan ka, eh ikaw na ‘yung naaagrabiyado, meron ng mali doon.
Pero sasabihin ko, kasi ang last statement was, we are open for an amicable settlement. I’m saying it directly to you, Nicko. We shared something special. You helped me rise up when I was down. May utang na loob ako. Kaya natin ‘tong ayusin. Sana naayos ito kung tayong dalawa lang. And sinasabi mo na kumuha ako ng powerful lawyers, powerful friends, bakit hindi ko ‘yun gagawin? Eh kinabukasan ‘to ng mga anak ko. Ang ‘yun ang masakit, eh. Tinuring ka naming pamilya. Kaya nga kaya kong sabihin – kaya kitang patawarin pero magpakita ka naman sa’kin na you’re at least trying to meet me halfway. Because, I’ve done more than my share.”
