PRC Announces New Schedule of Physician Board Exam
PHYSICIAN BOARD EXAM – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the new schedule for the Physician Board Exam.
Supposedly, the board examination for physicians is scheduled on September 15 and 16. However, heavy rains and strong winds are being experienced by several places around the Philippines during that time due to Typhoon Mangkhut.
Locally known as Typhoon Ompong, the said typhoon has caused the postponement of the board examination for physicians. It has also caused the cancellation of the entrance exams for University of the Philippines or UPCAT.
Based on a recent report on ABS-CBN News, the PRC has held a meeting today and they agreed about the new schedule for the Physician Board Exam.
According to the report, PRC Licensure Office Head Rea Garcia announced that the board exam for physicians will be on October 27 to 28. It is more than a month since the original schedule for the licensure exam.
