Mocha, however, dissmissed the issue and even said that no public funds were used in the video, which was filmed before her dialogue at Con-Com. According to a report in GMA News Network, Roque believes that a “huge chunk” of the country’s population expressed their disagreement with what she’s doing and if she continues to ignore these, she will become irrelevant.

He further added that Uson was not beyond reproach and said that people have been very vocal about their disapproval of her actions.

As per the report, Roque said that this is the only way to hold Uson responsible of her actions. He further added that it is the philosophy behind the free marketplace of ideas, which is important in freedom of expression. You are free to say anything and everything but don’t expect the public to love everything that you say.
