Here Are The Room Assignments For May 2018 Dentist Board Exam (Practical Phase)
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Dentistry has released the final room assignments for May 2018 Dentist Board Exam (Practical Phase).
A few days before the licensure examination, PRC has released the room assignments for the examinees of May 2018 Dentist board exam (Practical Phase).
The licensure exam is scheduled on May 29, 30, 31, and June 1, 2018, at various PRC testing centers in Manila.
Examinees are required to bring the following items during the examination day:
- Notice of Admission (NOA)
- Official Receipt
- Pencils No. 1 or 2/ Black ink ballpen
- Metered stamped mailing envelope
- Long brown and plastic/transparent envelopes
The board exam takers should report before 6:30 am on the examination day because latecomers will not be admitted.
PRC also advised the examinees to verify their application number on the day of examination from room watchers/proctors assigned to the room.
Dress Code
Exam takers should wear school uniform as per Res. 311 dated May 18, 1994.
