Sharon Cuneta turns down the last minute invitation sent to her by the Star Magic Ball.
SHARON CUNETA – The Megastar Sharon Cuneta has received “last minute invitation” to attend this year’s Star Magic Ball but has to turn it down because of this reason.
Recently, the Megastar took a social media site, specifically, the Instagram, to share a post which caught the attention of a lot of people of the online platform.
Sharon Cuneta shared through a post that she has not received any invitation yet to attend the prestigious Star Magic Ball.
She even stated that it must be “thrilling” for those who got invited and added that probably, her invitation “got lost on its way to her.”
OPM veteran singer Martin Nievera even invited her to go to the ball with them but the megastar has to say no.
She said, “oh it’s okay shweetert, I have lots of important things to attend to. My babies and I can always hold our own Cinderella ball anywhere we choose to! Would’ve loved to be your “date” but no time to have a gown made na. It’s okay.”
Another statement from Sharon indicated, “P.S. Don’t you worry, I know my worth.”
But the post has already been removed.
Then, another post from her Instagram account contained a photo ( the post has been already removed). It was a last minute invitation for her to attend the ball.
Yet, here is her reason why she has to decline.
“Thank you, Star Magic, for delivering our invitation to your Ball one day before. Wish we could go, but I have nothing spectacular to wear and there obviously isn’t any more time. Sayang. I also had my assistant relay to Winnie yesterday when she asked for our address (no one in ABS knows my address?) that it was okay and unnecessary kasi nga wala nang oras. It’s really alright, my “kapamilya”, though you didn’t have to send it na at the last minute. Have fun at your Ball, everyone. God Bless. (Oh and Happy 25th Anniversary. I’ve been with ABS-CBN for 25 years as well (29 sana if I didn’t leave in 2011).)

I’m not a Sharonian but how could they missed out on sending the invitation to the Philippine Showbiz’ Megastar?
It’s an insult to her stature and a desperate move to even send a last minute invitation.
Truly, Ms. Sharon Cuneta knows her worth.
