After the first half of the game between team Azkals of the Philippines and Sri Lanka the score is now 1-0 in favour of the team Sri Lanka.
The first score of the team Sri Lanka was done by player number 7 during his free kick in the game.
In the first 30 minutes both teams looks equal when it comes to defense and attacks. Star player of the team Azkals Phil Younghusband and Aly Boromeo tried a lot of attempt to score but sadly they failed.
Phil Younghusband was sent into the bench by the coach of the Azkals due to some incident he involved in the ongoing game wherein he felt something at the back of his legs affecting his game. Three yellow cards were also received by some members of the tea Azkals including James Younghusband.
A lot of Filipino fans went to Sri Lanka inorder to witness and support the team Azkals. The venue of the game is in Sugathadasa Stadium with 25,000 seating capacity.
As of now the team Azkals are being given instruction by their head coach to improve their game and hoping that in the second half the team Azkals can score in the game and won this match against Sri Lanka.
