Megastar Sharon Cuneta threatened to leave Sen. Pangilinan if he will be proven corrupt.
SHARON CUNETA – The wife of Senator Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan expressed that she is ready to leave her husband if he will be proven corrupt.
A GMA News report video posted on YouTube by Duterte’s People stated that Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, in his privilege speech, named Sen. Pangilinan as one of those who are involved in Pork Barrel Scam.
Sen. Pangilinan’s wife, megastar Sharon Cuneta, reportedly reacted on the claim of Sen. Estrada and expressed her side on the social media.
According to the report, the singer-actress expressed that she is ready to give ten million pesos to anyone who can prove that Sen. Pangilinan is involved in the Pork Barrel Scam.
The singer-actress said that they can identify the legitimate organizations that received the PDAF of her senator husband.
Based on the report, Sharon even said that she is ready to leave Sen. Pangilinan if he will be proven corrupt. The singer-actress stressed that whatever they have now, they worked for it and did not steal on public funds.
The megastar has already deleted the social media posts according to the report.
Reportedly, the megastar now is in the United States. It was just recently when her flight abroad sparked speculations.
The 51-year-old singer-actress’ flight to US was linked to the controversial photo of her husband together with another woman – Sen. Risa Hontiveros.
The photo, which many tagged as edited, showed the two senators holding each other’s hand while they were walking.
Based on a previous news report, Sharon has already broken her silence regarding the issue and said that it is not true that her husband and Sen. Hontiveros have an affair.
The megastar also stressed that a third party is not one of the reasons of her departure.
