Rochelle Pangilinan refused to comment on Izzy Trazona’s husband
Kapuso actress-dancer Rochelle Pangilinan believed that she had to choose her battle amid the recent issue involving former co-dancer Izzy Trazona and her husband, Alvin Aragon.
Rochelle is the leader of the 90s dance group S*xbomb. They were not limited to being dancers on the longest-running noontime show, Eat Bulaga, as they also had their own afternoon TV series, Daisy Siete, that aired for several years, aside from the hit songs that they popularized.
Last year, they held their reunion concerts, and because of their popularity and fans’ demand, more shows were held even this year. However, some members were not able to join for certain reasons, and one of them was Izzy.
It was revealed that Izzy Trazona’s reason for not joining the concert was her religious beliefs. In interviews, her husband, Alvin Aragon, revealed that he would never allow his wife to perform sultry dances, wearing revealing clothes.
The StarStruck alum, on the other hand, received bashing when he attacked other members, and he even criticized Bulacan Vice Governor Alex Castro, the husband of S*xbomb Sunshine Garcia, for allowing her to be part of the concert.
Many celebrities also shared their thoughts on Alvin’s rant, and most of them were criticizing him. In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, Rochelle Pangilinan chose not to comment on this issue.
“Hindi lahat ng laban kailangang patulan…Minsan, ang tunay na panalo ay ‘yung mapagkumbaba at mapagmahal,” the Kapuso actress-dancer.
Previously, Sunshine Cruz and Alex Castro also refused to retaliate against Alvin Aragon after attacking them. As they did not have the intention to make this issue blow up even more, Sunshine said that she is praying for Izzy’s family.
Amid this issue, Izzy said that they are clinging to their faith and they are not being mindful of the negative comments thrown at them. In one of her recent posts, she even defended Alvin against his bashers, who recalled his past drug use.
