Nadine Lustre was asked about her past relationship
Award-winning actress Nadine Lustre admitted that she used to be “praning” as a girlfriend.
Nadine is now happy in her relationship with her non-showbiz boyfriend, Chris Bariou, who is a Siargao-based businessman. It is known to many that the actress came from a long relationship with actor James Reid, who was also her former screen partner.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Nadine was asked if she is ready to settle down.
Nadine Lustre shared that she had thought about this. Somehow, she had an anticipation that when she reached a certain age, she would settle down. However, it has not happened yet.
“Actually in my teen years sabi ko, ‘sh!t pag nag twenty ako ikakasal na ako baka magkaroon na ako ng family.’ Tapos nu’ng nag twenty ako, parang no! Tapos nu’ng nag twenty five na ako, sabi ko baka pag nag thirty na ako, then hindi pa rin pala?” she shared.
When asked if she does not feel old yet, she answered, “Not at all,” and it is because she is enjoying her life. Then she was asked if she is ready to be a wife, the actress said that this is a different responsibility, and if this were to happen, then she would go for it.
She shared that she and Chris are focused on working on themselves, on how they could grow separately and even together because they have a business together, and they also have a lot of things they want to achieve.
When asked if she was a “praning” girlfriend, she said that it happened before, but she found that feeling that she was already secured.
“Before, ngayon parang sobrang iba napi-feel ko lang na secured ako sa kanya, feeling ko both depende rin talaga sa situation. I would say na may times na napa-paranoid ako, but not because of the relationship but of other things. I think ‘yung pagka-paranoid ko nandoon pa rin naman,” the actress said.
