Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban had this reaction to the comments that she is “lasenggera.”
Angelica is not new when it comes to intrigues and people’s negative comments on her. She is known for being straightforward and honest when it comes to sharing her thoughts when being asked.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, the Kapamilya actress was asked about a comment regarding her alleged attitude.

It was rumored that Angelica Panganiban loves to drink and that she is a “lasenggera.” âAlam mo, may tsismis sa akin na lasenggera ako. Parang manginginom, âyong ganoon. Naku, pinagngingitngitan âyan ng nanay ko,â the actress shared.
Angelica admitted that she was hurt by the judgmental comments from other people, but she said that not many people she had struggles because of her bone disease.
When she got sick, people commented that it was because she was “lasenggera.” The actress pointed out that one of the causes of her disease, avascular necrosis of the hip, was too much alcohol intake
âAlam mo, hurt na hurt ako nuân noong nagco-comment âyong mga tao na âlasinggera kasi âyan e, kaya siya nagkaganyan.â Na parang guys, nabuntis ako,” she stressed. Angelica also said that her hip’s blood flow was not that good, and so this was the cause of her condition. She saw negative comments, which she said were already too much.

âGrabe rin minsan âyong mga magko-comment na lang e âno, âyong may sakit ka na nga tapos nasabihan ka pang lasinggera ka, pariwara âyong buhay ko noon. Kayo naman,” she shared.
Then, the actress had an amusing come back to those who are speculating that she is “lasinggera.” âNakainuman ko na ba kayo para sabihin nâyo sa âking grabe ako uminom? Grabe naman kayo. âDi ba puwedeng tumambay lang din ako?â she said.
