DOCTOR – A social media post entailed an issue about a doctor who allegedly collects payments for medical certificates using an Rx pad as the receipt.

Aside from these, there are also certain unexpected issues that cross the online platform. One of which is the Facebook post about a medical doctor who allegedly uses the Rx pad in another purpose.
The post can be found on the Facebook page Busina Bicol News Express. According to the viral post, a doctor in Sorsogon Provincial Hospital allegedly uses an Rx pad in getting fees from those who would like to request for medical certificates.
The post entailed a question on how it can the teachers have it reimbursed. Based on the post, somebody told the BBNE that the doctor told the person that the official receipt can be taken from the Billing window.
However, the person will have to pay again another fee. Meanwhile, the doctor gave a sign that if the person will not get an OR on the Billing window, the person will only have to pay the amount stated in the Rx pad.
Along with the captions is a photo of an Rx pad which entails that a payment of five hundred fifty pesos has been received from Department of Education in Sorsogon City.
According to the post, a teacher took medical certificates for the 11 student-athletes who will be joining Palarong Bicol. Furthermore, it is stated that the BBNE was told that the doctor allegedly used two license numbers in a single transaction.
