Robi Domingo talked about his hosting career
Kapamilya host Robi Domingo shared his thoughts on the 20th season of the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother.
Robi started his showbiz career through PBB. From being a housemate, Robi was given a chance to be part of Star Magic, the talent management company of ABS-CBN.
It was a full circle for Robi now that he became one of the hosts of the Kapamilya reality show. In a recent interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, the TV host admitted that he becomes emotional every time a show ends.
“Parang hindi ko na kaya magpaalam sa isang programa na naman pero I’m still so grateful to have these programs lalong lalo na with the support and the clamor for the PBB this season,” the Kapamilya host said.
Robi also showed appreciation to the viewers of PBB, especially the celebrity collab edition. He shared that everywhere he goes, people would ask him why this housemate was evicted and why this certain thing happened in a task.
The TV host would say to them that he is not Big Brother and that it is the people who voted for the housemates, and that he is just reading the results.
With this scenario that viewers were really invested, Robi could not be more thankful. “For them to get invested, sa lahat po ng mga kapuso and kapamilya po natin, again maraming marami pong salamat. All good things come to this end,” Robi said.
Then, the TV host also recalled the time when he was so emotional during the finale episode of Pilipinas Got Talent. He said that it was a manifested dream for him. It was a highlight for him to share the same hosting project with comedienne-host Melai Cantiveros.
He was told that he might work with certain personalities in the show, but in his mind, he was hoping that Melai would be his co-host, and this happened.
