David Licauco talked about this aspect of a relationship
Kapuso actor David Licauco, the Pambansang Ginoo, shared his thoughts on breakups that are done publicly.
David has been in the industry for several years already. He has seen the different aspects in show business. The actor has shown his sincerity not just in front of the camera but also in real-life.
Just recently, David shared a glimpse of his personal life when asked about his love life and the possibility of going to the next level with his onscreen partner Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza.
David shared that right now, he and Barbie are focused on their careers. However, they both said that they care a lot about each other.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, he admitted that he is careful when it comes to answering personal questions during interviews.
“Siyempre hindi naman dapat lahat malaman ng mga tao, especially if it’s private, especially if it’s about your personal life. I’m a very private person so I try to evade those questions and just say something na general,” David Licauco said.
In the same interview, the actor shared his thoughts on breakups becoming a public topic. For him, being in showbiz does not mean that people should know about the breakup right away.
“I think it’s better to give room for, you know, baka may magbago. Baka ma-realize mo, ma-realize noong partner mo na mahal niyo pa pala ‘yung isa’t isa,” he explained.
Meanwhile, David is currently promoting the movie Samahan ng mga Makasalanan with Sanya Lopez, Joel Torre, Soliman Cruz, Liezel Lopez, Jade Tecson, Jun Sabayton, Jay Ortega, Buboy Villar, Chanty Videla, and many more.
In this movie, he played Deacon Sam, a new priest assigned in Sto. Cristo, a place where a lot of people were gamblers, thieves, and gossipers.
